Anadrol is a synthetic male hormone used to treat anemia. It works by increasing the amount of the hormone erythropoietin involved in the production of red blood cells. Due to the risk of serious, possibly life-threatening side effects, this medication should not be used to improve athletic performance or physical appearance. When used as directed under medical supervision, the risks are minimized. Some medicines may interact with Anadrol. If you are taking other medications, especially anticoagulants (eg. warfarin, carbamazepine, insulin, or oxyphenbutazone) utilize caution due to the increased risk of serious side effects while using Anadrol.
